Who is Drawmill

Terms of Business

All preparation work, such as concepts, visuals, sketches and storyboards including all electronic files used to create your project remain the property of Jason Venus, Drawmill.

Once full payment has been received for your project, you are granted rights to the finished project. To clarify, if Drawmill has created an animated video for you, the final animated video is yours to use as you wish. However any artwork or creative contained within the video remains the property of Jason Venus, Drawmill.

To clarify further, as you can appreciate years of experience goes into creating artwork, and often creative used within your project draws upon experience and creative work from other projects. After all there is only so many ways you can draw certain items, so not unreasonable to expect similar designs to appear across multiple projects. Therefore it would be impractical and unreasonable to assign ownership over this content.

The working files for any projects remain the property of Jason Venus, Drawmill and unless otherwise agreed in writing would not be supplied as part of any completed works.

A 50% non-refundable project advance payment is required prior to starting any work. This secures a production start date as agreed with you at the time of accepting the project. The final 50% payment is then due once you have approved the final works. Once payment has been received the final works are then made available to you for download.

Purchasing products from the Drawmill.com website requires you to share certain personal information in order to process the transaction. This information is only ever used for the trasnaction itself and to enable Drawmill to keep in touch with you as a customer. Our payment providers Stripe and Paypal carry out the payment transaction, as such your card details and Paypal information is never shared with us.
