Terms of Business
All preperation work, such as concepts, visuals, sketches and storyboards including all electronic files used to create your project remain the property of Jason Venus, Drawmill.
Once full payment has been received for your project, you are granted rights to the finished project. To clarify, if Drawmill has created an animated video for you, the final animated video is yours to use as you wish. However any artwork or creative contained within the video remains the property of Jason Venus, Drawmill.
To clarify further, as you can appreciate years of experience goes into creating artwork, and often creative used within your project draws upon experience and creative from other projects. After all there is only so many ways you can draw certain items, so not unreasonable to expect similar designs to appear across multiple projects. Therefore it would be impracticle and unreasonable to assign ownership over this content.
The working files for any projects remain the property of Jason Venus, Drawmill and unless otherwise agreed in writing would not be supplied as part of any completed works.
